WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that forward Skylar Haase will return for the 2026 season.
Haase scored eight goals in her first season with the Rain in 2024, leading the club, and followed that performance by scoring five times last season. She will enter 2026 as the club’s all-time leading scorer.
“She’s healthy, she’s hungry, and she’s back for year 3,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said. “We are so lucky to be able to work with Skylar again this year. A fan favorite and one we are looking towards to being very dangerous in the final third.”
This past fall, Haase played her junior season at Texas Tech, making 20 appearances for a Red Raiders team that went 14-2-5 and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division I Tournament before losing on penalties to North Carolina.
She will spend a third-consecutive summer in Northern Colorado, looking to help lead the Rain to another WPSL Rockies Division championship.
“I am excited to play my third season for Rain FC,” Haase said. “The environment has always been competitive with great players and coaching staff who prepares me for the college level. It is always an honor to play back in my hometown as well in front of family and friends!”
