WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that midfielder Kiley Ballek will return to the team for the 2025 season.
Ballek made a trio of appearances for the Rain in 2024, scoring in the club’s inaugural match.
“Kiley is such a fun player to have back,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said. “She’s versatile in multiple lines, competes day in and day out, and is constantly asking for more. She’s a fantastic person, and I know she will contribute massively to our success this summer.”
Ballek played her sophomore season at Wyoming in 2024, scoring her first two collegiate goals in back-to-back games against Air Force and Fresno State. She played In all 19 matches for the Cowgirls this past season, starting 12 times.
She played 17 times and made five starts during her freshman season in Laramie.
Prior to her collegiate career, Ballek was a two-time All-State selection at Fossil Ridge High School and she said she is excited to return to NoCo for a second summer with the Rain.
“I am thrilled to return to NoCo Rain FC this year because of the incredible opportunities and challenges,” Ballek said. “”What excites me most about playing here is a chance to continue growing as a player alongside such talented teammates under the guidance of exceptional coaches. The competitive environment motivates me to push my limits and strive for excellence every day.”
