WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce the addition of defender Maddie Burr to the roster for the 2024 season.
Burr has committed to play her college soccer at Wyoming after wrapping up her high school career at Poudre High School this spring. She was an all-conference performer for the Impalas in 2023.
“She’s going to be great defensively for us and I’m excited to see how she grows with the Rain this summer,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said.
Burr has also had success with the ECNL Colorado Rapids, making the national semifinals in 2023 and the national finals in 2022.
She said she is excited for the opportunity to play with the rain this season.
“Getting to play the sport I love alongside top-notch athletes will be an amazing experience,” Burr said.
