WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that defender Fiona Jenkins will return to the club for the 2026 season.
Jenkins played with the Rain during the club’s inaugural season in 2024, and joined the club but was unable to play because of an injury in 2025. She will be back on the pitch in Rain colors for the 2026 WPSL season.
“”Fiona is healthy again and looking for redemption this summer. Unfortunately an injury caused her absence last year, but she’s ready to run this year. She’s a fantastic player and will be a threat in multiple lines for us.”
Jenkins completed her junior season at New Mexico in 2025. She played in 15 games for the Lobos, starting 14 of them. She led the team with eight assists on the season, including three in the season opener against Texas Southern.
She said she is looking forward to returning to the pitch for the Rain this summer.
“I’m excited because of team culture and intense environment,” Jenkins said.
