WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that midfielder Hanna McKay will join the club for the 2026 WPSL season.
McKay played her freshman season at Colorado State this past fall, playing in 14 games for the Rams, starting nine of them. She played a total of 904 minutes on the season.
“We have been following Hanna for a couple years now and we are so thrilled that she will be putting on a Rain Jersey this year,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said. “She is so talented on the ball and can see the game really well. She will be a dangerous threat in the midfield and provide a steady presence at the same time.”
Prior to joining CSU, McKay played her high school soccer in Windsor, where she was a three-time All-State selection, including two first-team nods.
She said she is looking forward to representing her hometown club this summer.
“What makes me excited about playing for Rain FC is that I am a Windsor local and I am so blessed to be able to represent my hometown team,” McKay said. “I am so excited for this level of competition and the opportunity to play with other amazing athletes!”
