Rain Add Defender Emma Fassora to 2025 Roster

WINDSOR, Colo. – Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that defender Emma Fassora will join the roster for the 2025 season.

Fassora will be playing her freshman season at Penn State this fall, following her summer with the Rain.

“Emma is a late addition, but a great one. She’s a rock solid defender who is constantly looking for ways to improve. She’s a great person on and off the field and I’m really looking forward to what she’s going to bring to the Rain this year,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said.

She was rated as the top defender in Colorado’s 2025 recruiting class by TopDrawer and was a three-time ECNL all-conference selection with Real Colorado.

Fassora said she is looking forward to playing and improving her game with the Rain this summer.

“I decided to join Rain because it’s built around high-level players and a great coaching staff,” Fassora said. “The environment here will push me to grow, compete, and be part of something special this season.”
