WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that forward Macy Schultz will join the squad for the 2025 season.
Schultz completed her college career at Arkansas, where she helped the Razorbacks to an SEC regular season championship in 2023 before starting all 24 games during her senior season in 2024 and earning an invite to preseason camp with the NWSL’s Chicago Stars FC this spring.
“Macy is an exceptional player – fast, creative, deceptive – she’s very dangerous when she has the ball and we look forward to seeing her thrive this summer,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said. “She’s on the brink of signing a pro contract and we are going to do everything we can to make sure she makes her dreams come true. NoCo is in for a treat with this one – she’s a fun one to watch!”
Prior to her time at Arkansas, Schultz played at Texas Tech, where she was a Big 12 All-Freshman selection in 2019.
She said she is excited to continue her career in NoCo this summer.
“I can’t wait to play locally in front of my family and friends with an extremely talented group of girls and an incredible coaching staff,” Schultz said.
