WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that defender Audrey Teague will return to the squad for the 2025 season.
Teague played eight times for Rain last season, scoring her lone goal for the club in a 3-2 win over Flatirons FC in June.
“You can’t keep this girl off the field which is why we love having Audrey back,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said. “She loves the game and will be huge to have back this year. She’s tough as nails and a defender that’s going to make it very, very difficult to get behind her. Looking forward to having her.”
She played collegiately at Montana, winning a Big Sky regular season championship in 2023. Prior to joining the Griz, she played for Brown at Regis University where she earned All-RMAC Second Team honors twice.
Teague said she is excited to be back with the Rain for 2025.
“The group of girls and level of training is incredible,” Teague said. “I knew I wanted to compete at the highest level for myself and I knew the Rain would push me to be my best day in and day out.”
