WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announces the addition of forward Britney Bertram to the roster for the 2024 season.
Bertram finished her college career at LSU last fall, where she played three seasons after transferring from Stetson.
She played 19 games for the Tigers in 2023, starting seven and scoring a pair of goals. LSU qualified for the NCAA tournament in each of Bertram’s three seasons in Baton Rouge.
“Britney loves to score goals,” Rain FC head coach Kelly Brown said. “We’re excited to show her what Colorado’s all about and help her achieve her professional playing dreams.”
Prior to her time at LSU, Bertram led Stetson with three assists during her freshman season with the Hatters and was the Louisiana high school Offensive Player of the Year in 2019, with 20 goals and 15 assists.
She said she is looking forward to joining the Rain and playing in a new environment.
“I’m excited to experience a new training environment in Colorado and meet everyone on the team,” Bertram said.
