Goalkeeper Zeeyana Jivraj Returns to Rain for 2026 Season

WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that goalkeeper Zeeyana Jivraj will return to the club for the 2026 season.

This will be Jivraj’s third season with the Rain, she made six starts for the club in 2024, keeping four clean sheets, before making a pair of starts last season, keeping a clean sheet in a 7-0 win over Indios Denver FC.

“We are fortunate that Z is able to find a break in her schedule traveling the world and playing with her national team to play with us this year,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said. “She is a big reason why our culture is so strong. Not only does she make everyone feel part of the family, but she has made lifelong friendships and offered other international playing opportunities to her teammates. She has a very special place on this team.”

Jivraj has been capped three times by Pakistan’s women’s national team and will be with the national team again when they participate in the inaugural FIFA Women’s Series with matches against the Turks and Caicos Islands, Mauritania, and the Ivory Coast starting on April 9. She has also played for Pakistan’s national futsal team and has professional playing experience in Portugal and Malta.

She said she is excited to come back to the Rain for a third season.
