WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that goalkeeper Paige Fry will return to the club for the 2026 WPSL season.
Fry started five games in goal for the Rain last season, helping the team to four wins and keeping a pair of clean sheets. She was in goal to help the Rain clinch the WPSL Rockies Division championship with a 1-0 win over Colorado Pride in the season finale.
“Paige is back! Great attitude, great work rate, great person. She is always ready to train and embrace new challenges. I am exited to have her back for another season,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said.
Fry played her sophomore season at San Jose State University this past fall, appearing in 17 games and making 14 starts. She made double-digit saves for the Spartans last season, including a season-high 12 against Fresno State.
She said she is looking forward to her second season in Rain colors.
“I love this team, the culture, and the coaches,” Fry said. “We are full of top level talent which fosters a competitive environment like no other. Aside from competitors, these girls are kind, loving, and ambitious people, creating a cohesive team culture where everyone is welcome. That is a testament to our coaches, they recruit good people and maintain a high standard producing quality training sessions everyday.”
