WINDSOR, Colo. — Northern Colorado Rain FC announce that goalkeeper Olivia Dietrich will return to the roster for the 2026 WPSL season.
Dietrich was with the Rain in 2025, but injuries limited her to just a single start, in which she kept a clean sheet in an away win over the Colorado Blizzard. She also trained with the club in 2024, but did not see game action.
“Liv is back for a third year and ready to take control of her box,” Rain head coach Kelly Brown said. “She is a great shot stopper and steady presence for our back line. I cannot wait to work with her again this summer!”
She played her junior season at East Carolina this past fall, starting 17 of the Pirates’ 18 games, keeping five clean sheets. She was named the American Conference Goalkeeper of the Week in September after anchoring a 2-0 win over Tulsa with three saves.
Dietrich said the atmosphere around the Rain is what makes her excited to return for 2026.
“The team dynamics and culture surrounding Rain FC creates an incredibly competitive and joyful environment,” Dietrich said.
